November 14, 2019- recent story regarding unethical fair trade with our
coffee beans. Instead of being purchased from farmers our supplies are coming
from big name coffee suppliers.
Fair trade is guarantee that the coffee is farm grown naturally, including a fair-trade price for farmers distributing the coffee.

A story was release about a popular coffee brand
giving false advertisement of their coffee beans. Instead of using the farmer
grown beans, the beans are being bought from companies with unethical
practices.
We understand the frustration and confusion regarding
this story being released. We are aware our investors, employees and customers
are angry regarding our product being apart of fair trade.
This letter is to inform and acknowledge this story. We
want to guarantee we are using fair-trade for our company. Unethical practices
aren’t involved in our business. Will we give a media presentation informing all
our recent sales with our distributor? Including nothing was proven in these
allegations our company is working with unethical businesses.
This story is nothing but allegation and nothing is
proven that our company is doing anything wrong. We want to provide the comfort
we will work effortlessly to resolve this matter. Including ensuring our coffee
is made through fair trade. We made a promise to everyone and we will make sure
we keep this promise
The coffee is a trusted business which is in New
Hampshire. We always provided our customers with excellent service and we want
to continue to do that.
